Hi, my name is Joanne Theisen, and I’m glad that you’re here. I am autistic and have ADHD, and I haven’t known this for very long. Before, my life was quite challenging, and I didn’t know why, and I didn’t really know how to deal with it. Since the diagnosis and receiving appropriate support, things have improved significantly for me. I’d like to share everything I’ve learned so far, what I’m still in the process of learning, and what I know now on this website. You can explore various pages here to see if there’s something that suits you. You can search using keywords for themes that are important to you, check out the frequently asked questions, or simply get in touch with me. You can reach me either by email or through the contact form. It might also be interesting for you to subscribe to the newsletter. I will regularly send out various information through it.
